File names:
all in lower case with no spaces. Files in links area begin mca... All files (except index) are .htm rather than .html
Page titles usually the same as filename less extension

Fonts:
Arial, Helvetica for navigation bars
Georgia TNR for text

Templates:
template.htm for top level pages
linktemplate.htm for second level pages and below - this has just a return link
Note that these are not "templates" in the DW sense of the word
Make sure there is a new line visible between the bottom of the header and what's below

Template image size:
Maximum size of top right image shown at top right

Tables:
generally centred with maximum width 80%
no borders and headers in blue or red with white text
